Fred Gatty

Founder & consultant

As founder and consultant at Gatts Consulting, Fred Gatty brings over 15 years of leadership experience in the banking, finance, mortgage, retirement, and technology sectors. His passion for helping organizations improve their human capital potential is deeply rooted in his belief that people are the most critical asset in any business. Fred’s unique blend of expertise has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor.

Fred is recognized for his signature workshop, The Six Habits of Effective Communicators, which tackles six essential communication components. He is also the host of the All Things Leadership Podcast.

A learning enthusiast committed to personal growth and development, Fred holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Richmond and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from George Washington University. He is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.

In addition to his academic achievements, Fred is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), and a John C. Maxwell certified Speaker and Coach. He is also the author of “Believe, Dare, Become” (Westbow Press, 2020).

Outside of his professional pursuits, Fred finds solace in riding his bike on the VA Capital Trail. He resides in Richmond, VA, with his family.

Her role is driven by an unwavering commitment to nurturing the success of individuals and organizations, perfectly aligning with our mission to provide human capital and training solutions to corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Amma finds joy in life’s simple pleasures, whether exploring culinary arts or creating warm and inviting spaces for family and friends. Her essence is characterized by compassion, creativity, and resilience, embodying the values of inclusivity and cultural appreciation.

Amma’s remarkable journey reflects her dedication to fostering understanding and unity among diverse communities. She is a driving force in creating a world where cultural intelligence, curiosity, and appreciation thrive, empowering leaders and organizations to flourish in an increasingly interconnected global landscape.

Her academic journey underscores her commitment to lifelong learning, holding a Master of Business Administration with an HR concentration from Strayer University and a Graduate Certificate in Family Life Education and Coaching from North Carolina State University. Additionally, she serves as the executive director of Culture Encounters, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting cultural understanding, championing diversity, and serving as a model for an interconnected society. Amma resides in Richmond, VA, with her family.
